Overview:

Trauma informed professional development is quite popular right now, but what does it really mean to be trained well enough to create systemic change? This webinar will provide a brief overview of how North Central College’s nine credit online graduate certification in Trauma Informed Educational Practices for Children & Adolescents was designed to be a steeped in developing change agents. Two working professionals who have completed the program will describe their journey in detail, and how it has equipped them to cultivate opportunities for their workplace and community to become trauma informed. Time will be allocated for discussion at the end of the presentation.
