“CDC’s Principles of Prevention is a free online course that introduces users to the fundamental aspects of violence and violence prevention. This valuable training explains the key concepts of primary prevention, the CDC’s role and public health approach, and the use of the social ecological model for violence prevention.
You will have the chance to hear from real people with first-hand experience in preventing violence.

You can also evaluate your learning experience by answering interactive questions throughout the training and taking a POP Quiz in the final module. Everyone completing the course gets a certificate and can receive optional credit (CNE, CEU, CECH) if desired. ”
